Adaptive Fitness Class – Resuming January

Wednesdays10:30 to11:30 am. Drop in $7.00 per class or $60.00 10 week session. Improve flexibility and balance. Perfect for seniors with mobility and balance issues.

Coffee, Cribbage and Conversation – Resuming January

Thursdays at 10:30 to12:30 pm. Free! Drop in for a cup of coffee, stay for a game of crib!
