What is Pickleball?
Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong. It is played with oversized paddles, which are larger than ping pong paddles. Plastic balls with holes in them are hit. The court is badminton sized (36 inch high). You can play singles or doubles (2 players per side).
One game can take 15-20 min. Until someone hits 11 points. Players often play 3 or 4 games.
There are many benefits, including an aerobic workout, it tones muscles, improves agility, and you make new friends! Remember it’s not about winning but having fun with the other people around you! Join Us! It will be a blast! Pickleball clinics and game times will be offered throughout the year if people are interested
